Grant is a proven executive who has sat on every side of the table—investor, advisor, and, operator.

Deal-Making Foundation – At Eli Global, Grant structured and closed more than $1 billion in buyouts, recapitalizations, term loans, revolvers, and preferred equity for companies generating $1 MM–$50 MM EBITDA. He routinely presented investment theses to CEOs/CFOs and partnered with management teams to build post-close value-creation plans.

Special-Situations Expertise – At SC&H Capital, a boutique investment bank, he honed his skills in distressed M&A, leading diligence, underwriting, and capital-raising for businesses facing inflection points—from covenant breaches to full operational restructurings.

Operator/Executive – Grant then acquired and became President/CEO of MCS Technologies, a security-integration firm. He immediately confronted a perfect storm of under-bid legacy contracts, the sudden loss of a marquee customer, and $4 MM of high-interest debt. Over five years he executed real-time triage—rebuilding sales, renegotiating loan covenants, managing vendor workouts, and guiding a fatigued workforce through existential uncertainty. Few advisers have personally navigated a leveraged buyout straight into crisis; that lived experience is Grant’s edge.
